1. Where Do We Ship From & To?
Where we are: iMade4U is proudly operated by Cloudtop International Limited, headquartered in Hong Kong.
Where we ship from: To bring you high-quality custom items at the most competitive prices, we partner directly with top-tier manufacturing facilities in Asia. Your order will be crafted, packed, and shipped directly from our Asian fulfillment centers to your doorstep.
Where we ship to: We currently provide shipping services to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and 13 other major international destinations.
2. Order Processing & Delivery Times
Our delivery time consists of two parts: Processing Time + Transit Time.
- Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT+8) Hong Kong Time.
- Business Days: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Processing Time (Before Shipping):
- Customized Items (Made-to-Order): 3 - 5 Business Days.
- Novelty Gadgets (Ready-to-Ship): 1 - 3 Business Days.
Transit Time:
All international orders are shipped via our Economy Shipping method. Once dispatched from our fulfillment center, the estimated transit time is 7 - 15 Business Days depending on your local postal service and customs clearance.
3. Shipping Rates (Weight-Based)
To provide fair and accurate shipping costs, our shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of the items in your cart. Below is our detailed shipping rate chart (in USD):

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
iMade4U is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Since items are shipped internationally from our Asian facilities, your local customs office may charge duties depending on your country's import regulations.
5. Modification & Cancellation
Because custom production begins quickly, you may cancel or change your address/customization details within 2 hours of placing the order by emailing hello@imade4u.com.
After 2 hours, production has already started. If you must cancel after this window, a 20% material and labor fee will be deducted from your refund. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been shipped.
6. Order Tracking & Lost Packages
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order leaves our facility. Please note that it may take 48-72 hours for the carrier to update the initial tracking information.
If your tracking says "Delivered" but you cannot find your package, please check with your neighbors or local post office. While iMade4U is not strictly liable for lost packages if the carrier provides proof of delivery to the correct address, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
